What CloseTest does

CloseTest helps Android developers form Google Play closed-testing groups and complete the related testing steps together.

Information we collect

We collect Google sign-in information needed to create and secure your account; app, group, and completion information you submit; tester-email confirmations and group messages; support feedback you send; and basic technical and security records.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, operate groups, show progress, generate tester-email exports when applicable, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and rate-limit abuse. We do not sell personal data or use Google user data for advertising.

Service providers and sharing

CloseTest uses Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and database/storage services, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and GitHub for the CloseTest Android download. Group information is visible only to the relevant members according to the product flow.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and group records while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from your registered email address. We verify requests and process them within 30 days; minimum information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Security

We use access controls and authenticated services to limit access to account and group data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
